✔️ Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Engineering Degree in Fire
  OR

• Full-time Engineering Degree in Safety
  OR

• Engineering Degree + PG Diploma in Fire/Safety

✔️ Experience Required:

• 18 years total experience, అందులో కనీసం

  • 5 years Large Hydrocarbon Sector / Process Plants / Fertilizer Plants / Manufacturing Plants (≥ ₹500 Cr turnover)

• Must know:

  • Safety Manual, Onsite Emergency Plan

  • Fire Emergency Procedure Manual

Senior Officer – Fire (E1)

✔️ Educational Qualification for HPCL Fire Officer Recruitment:

(a) Engineering in Fire
OR
(b) Engineering Degree + Diploma/Degree in Fire
OR
(c) Engineering Degree (AICTE/UGC approved)

✔️ Experience Required:

• 2 years Firefighting Management Experience in:

  • Large Hydrocarbon Sector

  • Heavy Industry

  • Process Plants

  • Fertilizer Plants

  • Manufacturing Plants (≥ ₹500 Cr)

✔️ Other Requirements for HPLNG Jobs 2025:

• Knowledge of fire protection systems

• Ability to conduct Mock Drills, Safety Training

• Knowledge of Gujarati preferred

• Terminal HSE inspections

• Conduct & supervise safety training

• Fire & safety audits

• Maintain ISO systems

• Investigate accidents & near misses

• Coordinate with Police, Intelligence & Disaster Management groups

• Supervise firefighting equipment & emergency systems

• Prepare SOPs and safety manuals

Senior Officer – Fire

• Fire equipment inspection

• Firewater systems maintenance

• Conducting fire mock drills

• Hydro-testing fire extinguishers

• Fire squad manpower management

• Onsite emergency plan implementation

• ISO management compliance
